Overall: 7.5/10
Price: 7/10 - $9-$11 CDN – which is a little more expensive than I would assume for a L’Oreal eye shadow, but considerably very affordable overall. Packaging: 7/10 Weight: 3.5 grams
The Claim: 8/10
PROS: Pigment is amazing, what you see in the the jar is what you will see on your eyes. The amount is quite generous, considering how often you wear eye shadow, this product is going to last a while. Let's not forget to mention the texture, it's very smooth and velvety.
CONS: The fact that its not a cream/powder/loose the application can be a little tricky. I tried using it with a real hair brush and synthetic brush and was having difficulties applying it. It tends to fall or flake around the eye area which leaves the makeup looking messy. I tried using a eye shadow sponge applicator which is probably the only one I found most successful for a more accurate application. Afterwards I used a real hair brush to blend/soften out the edges to create a more softer effect. It is suggested that you apply it with your fingers for the best application, but not everyone is fond of using their hands on their face as we tend to produce oils. Most of the colours are shiny and metallicy whereas I prefer matte colours so hopefully in the near future they will come out with some new colours.
The colours are ( top right - left ) 009 Permanant Kaki, 005 Purple Obsession, 002 Hourglass Beige, 001 Time Resist White, 015 Flashback Silver, 007 Unlimited Sky, 004 Forever Pink, 013 Burning Black, 006 All Night Blue

The eye shadow comes in a jar, somewhat loose / pressed / cream. It has a lid that presses the shadows.

Here is a swatch with flash.

After the many attempts running my arm under water and rubbing it like crazy ( no makeup remover or cleanser was used here)

Results, not bad.
Below is an eye make-up that I created using All Night Blue and Flashback Silver
